I'm Donna, founder of The Handbag Vault. With my youngest daughter starting college, I found myself at a point where I could finally devote time to something I'd wanted to do for myself. Combining my long-standing love of designer handbags with a desire to create something of my own, The Handbag Vault was born — founded on the belief that buying pre-loved luxury should feel every bit as special as buying new.
Every piece in The Vault Collection is individually selected with particular attention paid to condition, quality, desirability and timeless style. Rather than carrying large quantities of stock, the aim is to offer a considered collection of pieces that I would be delighted to own myself.

I know that purchasing a pre-owned designer handbag online requires trust. That's why I place great importance on detailed photography, clear condition descriptions and being open about the individual characteristics of every piece.
Where an item has undergone independent third-party authentication, this is clearly stated within its individual listing. For customers who would like additional reassurance, independent third-party authentication can also be arranged prior to dispatch for an additional charge.
Every handbag is carefully inspected and photographed, and orders are fitted with a uniquely numbered The Handbag Vault security tag prior to dispatch.
