2. Product Authenticity

The Handbag Vault takes authenticity seriously. Where an item has undergone independent third-party authentication prior to being offered for sale, this will be clearly stated within the individual product listing.

Certain items may not have undergone independent third-party authentication. Where this is the case, we will not describe the item as independently authenticated.

If an item purchased from The Handbag Vault is subsequently determined to be counterfeit by a reputable independent authentication service, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

Customers who would like additional independent third-party authentication prior to dispatch may request this service for an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order, or immediately after purchase and before dispatch, for details of the applicable fee and expected timescale.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£). Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout. An order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and you have received an order confirmation.

We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions and prices are accurate. If we identify an obvious pricing or listing error before dispatch, we will contact you as soon as possible.

4. Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Where additional third-party authentication has been requested, dispatch will take place after the authentication process has been completed. An estimated timescale will be provided when the service is arranged.

Please ensure that the delivery information supplied at checkout is complete and accurate.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns Policy and your statutory rights.

Each handbag is dispatched with a unique serialised security tag. We ask customers to leave this attached while inspecting the item and deciding whether to keep their purchase. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

The Handbag Vault is not responsible for loss or damage arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order.
